Paperwork

Once we've decided to move forward together, we'll get the administrative side taken care of. We keep it simple and straightforward so we can get to the work that actually matters.

Schedule Your First Session

With everything in place, we'll get your first session on the books. From there it's a space that's entirely yours. We'll celebrate your progress, sit with you in the hard moments, and walk alongside you as things begin to shift. Growth isn't always linear and we know that. We stay consistent with you through all of it, keeping your goals in view and adjusting as your needs evolve.
